We will attempt to ship all in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 2pm EST the same day, and should arrive to you within 2 to 4 business days in the continental U.S.A. Most packages are shipped via United Parcel Service. If the combined weight of your order is 300 lbs. or more your order may be shipped via truckline with a 1 to 2 week delivery time. If you do not receive your purchase within 30 days, please notify us immediately.

Any concealed freight damaged product must be reported to Pool Depot USA within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If freight damage is reported after 7 days of receiving your shipment Pool Depot USA will be unable to issue a credit or exchange of merchandise. Please open and inspect your packages upon receipt. If freight damage is apparent, you must open the packaging in the presence of the carrier to examine the product. If you find that the product is damaged, this is the time at which you can and should refuse your shipment. Please note that Pool Depot USA will replace the damaged item once the freight claim has been awarded by the freight carrier. In some cases this may take as long as 30 - 60 days.
